M/I Workshop Purpose

The purpose of the Workshop is to teach participants how to administer, interpret, and debrief the M/I Tool

Workshop Objectives

- Learn how to administer a project
- Obtain an understanding of framework underling the management components measured by M/I 
- Develop the skills to interpret and debrief M/I results
- Gain confidence and experience in conducting a debriefing session
- Learn an action-based process/approach for enhancing management effectiveness and performance

Workshop Outcomes

At the completion of this workshop participants will be able to debrief their client's M/I results and facilitate the development of action plans around these results.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations Or postponements will be accepted up to 35 days (5 weeks) prior to program commencement at no charge.

Cancellations Or postponements 35 days Or less but more than 21 days from program commencement will incur a cancellation fee of $875 (representing a cancellation fee of 50% of workshop cost).

Cancellations Or postponements 21 days Or less from program commencement will incur the full workshop fee of $1750.
